Hi Christine,

you decide how much you can do each day/week. I want to form a daily habit, so I will go for 7 pages. I estimate 10-30 minutes per day. It’s not about the videos at all.

To find the Notebook, take these steps (look at the pictures I attach):

Scroll to the top of this page and click on “An Introduction to Visual Note-Taking” under Courses. On that page scroll a bit down and click on “Resources”. There you’ll find a link where to buy the Notebook, but also a discount code (not pictured) so you’ll get the book for free. Follow the link, add the code where necessary and get your download.

Same procedure for the Visual Vocabulary Files, the links are right under the ones for the Notebook.
