This is what I came up with.
Divided my page into 8 identical rows.
Row 3-7 are divided into 4 columns.
You put a template under your paper and use the title, speaker and date/signature rows each time.
The grid is your playground. Use it with columns for different speakers or main points, or top to bottom, left to right, or vice versa. In your sketchnote you won’t see the grid, it just a guide. But the proportions will stay harmonious. If you put text in every other field and fill the empty fields with sketches, etc., you’ll get a nice sketchnote every time. Put frames around text and sketches that belong together, use arrows and numbers to guide the eye.
