I too love your circular approach with the title in the centre. And the representation of the main part of your working hours as To-Dos is great. I am just starting to explore the practice of mindfulness and have realised how unproductive I have become through being overwhelmed and distracted. I am now planning each morning using visual skills, and trying to maintain focus and momentum throughout the day. Doug’s description of finding Flow really resonates with me.
And don’t worry about upload difficulties. I think I have had to edit all but one of my forum posts that included attachments!
