thanks very much for your useful thoughts! this very much makes sense to me.
i am still thinking about what that means for my further development.
doug suggests to develop by developing skills and constraints/ process (see here). ok starting point is a purpose, process are the steps, constraints the frame you set for this purpose.
so i understand, that steps and frame are successfactors as skills because both might hinder you in fulfilling the purpose. eg you might use inappropriate material, the wrong/ too complicazed steps … or not have the right skills.
process i match with thinking patterns. ok i think i get that.
constraints with frame so that is more technical..
dies this make sense?
