Hello Dominic!

To me, process is about getting from point A to point B, i.e. the steps you take to get somewhere. Constraints to me, are self-imposed restrictions you set for yourself during a process. E.g. while taking visual notes, I limit myself to 2 pens to take notes or I work with a pre-determined template, those are my constraints. Constraints can also be those that are imposed by the environment around you. E.g. While taking visual notes, you might find that you face a time constraint and you might not have enough time to sketch out all your ideas, hence, you might want to write them down in the moment and draw out the ideas or add colour later. I hope this makes sense. 🙂
